"Harness the connection" Meditation Technique

Targeting the mental with the physical and then to the spiritual.

Stream your thoughts into a Mental Mind-frame and then harness it. To the point that in which that mental mind-frame connects to the physical and in this understanding the spiritual accepts the connection between the three.


So, that's a lot to take in. I have to admit that myself. So while we have this connection. I want to bring your thoughts and your focus to the image of worker ants. If you are in the presence of ants while you're doing this meditation. Incorporate their presence with your focus as you attempt to find or bring clarity into focus as well. If you don't have this opportunity a picture of a row of worker ants, works just as well.





This is a good one. There's a lot that can be learned from our environments, if one actually takes the two seconds to take in our surroundings.


Pay attention to the way those worker ants maneuver. As one ant goes another ant returns. Even if you drop something in the way of that line. They form another route and continue the process all over again. Some even go in circles maintaining connection with the previous ant or the next ant to come. Suppose you take a drop of water and drop it in between the line. The worker ants scramble, but if you watch the ants closely, more ants come out from different areas surrounding the line. They surface to clarify or verify the threat whatever it is. If the threat is real, they call for the entire process to be halted. In the event that the threat is false. They signal for the line to reevaluate its’ process and shift directions in order to reach its goal. The continuous flow of gathering information.


Now for a moment or at least while you’re trying this meditation. Use your imagination to picture each one of those ants as a thought process, a memory, an emotion. You can even try little spartans that go around kicking everything. Try envisioning that each ant or what have you is bringing and sending back information. What information are they really trying to gather?


This is the fun part. What are the ants gathering? Now, envision a goal or something that you’re trying to accomplish. That object or subject is whatever the ants are swarming around. Notice how the ants closely immerse themselves within the universe to get their objective accomplished and feed the colony. Picture the colony is your brain or your consciousness. Imagine that the ants are feeding your brain with the information that you need to accomplish whatever goal you set out to reach.


Each thought process is an ant coming and going maintaining connection to the universe as it feeds your subconscious and conscious minds.


Finally, streamline your thoughts into a Mental Mind-frame. One that you can access all the time. Similar to a mindset that you go into for work, a work out, a job, or simply dealing with your in-laws.


As you begin to build on this connection, your connection to the spiritual will build as well. Bring your focus back to the ants one last time. Understand that the obstacles that are in your life are only for the moment. Allow yourself the time to process, reevaluate, and shift directions while you reach your objective.


Now bring your attention to your breathing and relax. If you have a mantra or affirmation to recite. Recite it calmly, allow your mind to calm down as well. When you get ready, stand up. Allow the blood flow to reach the bottom of your toes, thru the bottom of your back where your spine meets your lower half. Allow the sensation to travel up thru your spine to the top of your head where one would put a ponytail or bun. There is a space right about this area, focus on that sensation. Breathe in thru your nose and out thru your mouth taking deep breathes. Allow the calm to flow thru you.


This ends this Session, have to wrap things up for the moment. Just Remember this mental mindful meditation can also be accomplished while using the autonomous mind as well.
